Mr. Redden. is licensed to practice before all of the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States. He's successfully conducted numerous bench and jury trials in most of the Superior and Municipal Courts of Southern New Jersey, as well as filed appeals before the Superior Court of New Jersey - Appellate Division. Over the years, Mr. Redden has helped many clients who thought their situation was hopeless. Unlike some law firms, if Mr. Redden accepts your case, he will be the attorney handling the matter from start to finish. He will not hand your case over to an associate or some other attorney with less experience.

I retained Mr. Redden for a D.U.I. a few years ago. Since I travel extensively for my business, I was extremely concerned about losing my license and not being able to work. Mr. Redden made clear from the beginning that he could not guarantee I would not lose my license, but that he would do his best to save it. He delivered on that promise.
